An experimental graphic project with accompanying essay, deconstructing and exploring angel imagery in western art and popular culture.
Looking back at the history of angels, this project reconsiders and reimagines them in a modern context, through the conceptualisation of an Angel Construction Kit, complete with identity cards. This project is fuelled by historical research and includes references to academic authors and artworks.
